Our provisioning department is primarily responsible for the provisioning of all network services including but not limited to new provisions, modifications, conversions and cessation of services. We are also responsible for the planning, consulting, implementation, configuration of all networks services.

Repair, Support & Maintenance Levels:
All services are provided by default with RepairCare 48* Response Level. Our flexible maintenance packages are available to provide cover to your existing services from 09:00 am – 17:30 pm to around-the-clock.

RepairCare 48*
09:00 am – 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a guaranteed 4-hour response time and a clear by 23:59 day after next, Monday to Friday, excluding Public & Bank Holidays.

RepairCare 24*
09:00 am – 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and 09:00 am to 13:00 pm on Saturday with a guaranteed 4-hour response time and a clear by 23:59 next day, excluding Public & Bank Holidays.

RepairCare 12*
09:00 am – 17:30 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a guaranteed 4-hour response time and a clear by 23:59 same day, if reported by 13:00, if not clear by 12.59 next day, excluding Public & Bank Holidays.

RepairCare 6*
09:00 am – 17:30 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a guaranteed 4-hour response time and a clear within 6-hours same day, excluding Public & Bank Holidays.

Our Network Operations Centre monitors the network quality to ensure optimal efficiency and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by phone on 0800 036 7777.

Please note out-of-hours engineering support is only available to customers subscribing to enhanced care levels – RepairCare 24*, RepairCare 12* and RepairCare 06*. We mention this as to assure you that no discourtesy is intended should you be informed the engineer is unable to accept your call.
